I discuss recent research in Economics and various events from an economic perspective, as the name of the blog indicates. I plan on adding posts approximately every workday, with some exceptions, for example when I travel.
Are my posts really that obscure? I was not able to find anything about the criteria used. I tried various other blogs, but none qualified for this Genius status...
I tried that readability test on a few different things (it accepts things other than blogs), and it really seems to have nothing to do with readability.
I sent it to google news, it said it was genius. I sent it specific posts on a forum. A very basic forum post with fairly simple words and nothing obscure was found to be genius, while another post on science and research was found to be college undergrad level. Other complex posts were found to be "elementary" level.
Whatever the method used, it's probably pretty simplistic.
The truth, of course, is that you mention LaTeX all the time, and since it's a non-sexual context, the site knows you are advocating a superior product than Microsoft Worm (TM). Hence it must be genius level.

No, your posts are not that obscure. If you want obscure, go to Unqualified Reservations.
